site to work properly. We HIGHLY RECOMMEND using Internet Explorer 5.5 or
higher. If you do not have Internet Explorer, you can download it for FREE by clicking
on the link below.

  1. Configure your browser for printing, using File/Page Setup:.

    • Change ALL MARGINS to 0.5" (or SMALLER).
    • Remove ALL characters in the Header/Footer boxes.

  2. Download and install the font pack.   

    3. After you click on the link above, CLICK RUN(not save) and follow the instructions. Disable anti-virus programs while installing our font package.
