Macintosh setup file. v1.0 (634Kb) Updated 11/19/2003
Sign Language Font (37Kb)
Before downloading and installing fonts, you must be aware of which OS (operating system) you have installed on your MAC -- OS 9x and-or OS X.

Note that there are two system folders on OS X.

o "System Folder" contains the files for OS 9
o "System" contains the files for OS X

Pay close attention to the instructions, and be sure you are installing software into the correct system folder.

After downloading, your MAC automatically will know to use your StuffIt Expander to unstuff the fonts. (If you do not have Stuffit Expander, visit http://www.stuffit.com/cgi-bin/stuffit/stuffit_loginpage.cgi?standardmacexp for a free download.)

Installing Fonts - Mac OS 9 only
If you only have OS 9 on your Macintosh, open the Fonts folder, select all and simply drag the selected fonts into the Fonts folder, which is located in the System Folder on your hard drive. Restart the application to activate the fonts.

Installing Fonts - Mac OS 9 and OS X
If you have both Mac OS 9 and OS X on your computer, open the Fonts folder, select all and simply drag the selected fonts over from the Fonts folder, which is located in the System Folder (not the folder that is simply called "System" - that is for OS X) and let go. OS X knows if OS 9 is also installed on your computer, and it will load any fonts that are found in the OS 9 Fonts folder as well as its own. This is a help as you do not have to keep two copies of every font you use if you switch between OS 9 and OS X. Restart the application to activate the fonts.

Installing Fonts - OS X only
If you only have OS X on your Macintosh, you will need to install the Fonts differently for that environment. Simply drag the Fonts folder into the Fonts folder, which is located in the Library folder (not the Library folder located in the "System" folder). Restart the application to activate the fonts.

Once you have successfully installed our font pack, return to the Members activity section to create custom activities.
